I am a life-time resident of the state of Georgia currently residing in Butts County with my wife. We have two daughters and four grandchildren. My background includes 25 years in management for a large international manufacturing company.

I received my real estate training at the MLS Training Institute and attended the Coldwell Banker Fast Start training. I joined the Colwell Banker Bullard team in the fall of 2001. During my first year with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty I earned the Bronze Society Award for 2002.

We will start by discussing the details of what you need and want in a new home including location, schools, style and any other concerns you may have. And finally we will discuss cost. We will determine how much you are willing to invest in your new home and explore loan options and pre-qualification. I recommend obtaining a certificate of prequalification for a mortgage loan right away. It will help you focus on homes in your price range, and will help your bargaining position when you find a home you want to buy. When your offer to buy includes pre-qualification by a lender the sale may proceed much more smoothly.

Next, we will find the right homes for you to look at. I will personally search for properties meeting your criteria and/or you can perform searches yourself right here on my website. You will be able to save the results of your search to an Online Planner, email listings that you are interested in to me, email listings to friends or family for their opinions, get community and school info on the listing, see the location on a map, print a flyer and estimate loan payments.
